South Still Sympathizes With Confederacy
It did not surprise me to learn that a CNN poll found that Tea Party Republicans are more likely to support the Confederacy in the Civil War than Independents or Democrats. What did surprise me, at least a little, is that roughly 40% of White Southerners reported sympathizing with the Confederacy more than the Union.
